Welcome to Ea2Sa. I’m Gary Shepard (Shep) — Enterprise AI Strategist and Architecture Leader. This site represents my digital practice, where I design and implement intelligent automation systems at the intersection of cloud architecture, AI platforms, and enterprise transformation.

My professional path spans more than two decades across industries like healthcare, insurance, manufacturing, logistics, and financial services. Along the way, I’ve served as an Enterprise Architect, API & Integration Strategist, Agile Coach, and Technical Project Manager. Today, I extend that foundation into AI-enabled enterprise systems — architecting agent-based workflows, n8n automation pipelines, Pinecone vector knowledge infrastructures, and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) solutions that embed intelligence directly into business processes.

At the heart of my work is a passion for building scalable systems and enabling teams. Whether leading DevOps transformations using Spring Boot, Kubernetes, and Node.js, or embedding SAFe, Scrum, and Kanban practices, I’ve seen how the right frameworks transform complexity into clarity.
